CORPORATE & PERSONAL CREDIT ACCOUNTS

Before filling out the form, please read it over and understand the terms and conditions listed below. This explains how your credit account will be processed and the terms under which it will be governed. Please note that by filling out the form you are agreeing to these terms. Please also note that this application will still need to be approved before it becomes active. Filling out the form does not mean that the application will be automatically approved. Applications will be reviewed by a company representative. You will be contacted within 72 hours with a decision.

• Credit privileges may be withdrawn at any time by Royal Taxi Inc., and all monies due shall become payable immediately, plus all other charges arising out of necessary costs to recover same.

• The credit holder will upon credit cancellation immediately return all unused charge coupons that credit holder has in their possession by registered mail or personal delivery to the persons authorized to accept same in the Credit Department of the Head office of Royal Taxi Inc. 

• The use of charge coupons after notice of cancellation is fraudulent and subjects user to legal proceedings. 

• If credit coupons are lost or stolen, the credit holder of such charge coupons is responsible for payment of same until receipt by Royal Taxi Inc., of such notification, or by written notice by registered or delivered personally. 

• Charges made through use of charge coupons are payable by the 25th of the billing month. 
  A brokerage fee will be applied whenever the company issues a statement to the credit holder for current charges. If there are no current charges, there will be no application of the brokerage fee. 

• Customer agrees to notify Royal Taxi Inc within five (5) days of change of address or ownership. 
  Royal Taxi Inc from time to time may review accounts and upon finding no usage by the charge client, notify the charge client that the account will be cancelled within thirty (30) days. The notice will be by registered mail or personal delivery. 

• Any returned cheques or items will cause an additional service charge of $25.00 to be added to the account for each item returned.

• A consumer report containing credit information may be referred to in connection with the credit hereby applied for or any renewal or extension thereof and the execution of this application shall act as a consent for obtaining any credit information.

• Invoices are due on receipt. Payments must be received by the 25th of the current month. Overdue invoices will be subject to 2% interest per month. 

• The approval can take up to 72 hours after your application has been submitted to be approved.
