Notice Of
Fare Changes
To our valued customer:
Please be
advised that the City of Toronto has amended the meter rates for taxis
effective January, 2006. The new rates are as follows:

Meter drop
$3.00
-
For each
0.170 km or part thereof is 0.25 cents
-
For waiting
time, while under engagement, for each 31 seconds is .25 cents
-
Minimum
parcel delivery is $10.00
Effectively
Royal Taxi Inc. is amending its prices as follows:
-
For all
deliveries to a minimum of $10.00.
-
All flat
rates are increased by 20%.
-
These
changes were carried out in order to comply with the by-law changes.
One To Four
Passengers:
-
For the
first 0.235 km or part thereof $3.00
-
For each
additional 0.170 km or part thereof $0.25
-
For waiting
time, while under engagement, for each 31 seconds is $0.25
-
For each
additional passenger in excess of four $2.00
-
Goods &
Service Tax is included in fare.
-
These rates
are subject to change, without notice, as legislated by the Municipal
Licensing and Standards department of the city of Toronto.

Invoices are
either monthly or twice per month depending on customer volumes.
-
Billing
Terms are net 25 days from the date of invoice.
-
There are no
anticipated extra incidental fees, aside from a negotiable monthly
administration fee.
Baggage:
-
Hand baggage
if loaded and unloaded by driver- per bag - $0.10
-
Briefcases
and parcels of comparable size if loaded or unloaded by passenger - to a
limit of four per passenger - No charge
-
Bags and
cartons containing groceries - if loaded and unloaded by driver - per
bag or carton - $0.10

Maximum
charge for baggage - per passenger - $0.30
Wheelchairs, including loading and unloading by driver No charge
-
Charges for
trunks and other items not covered by this tariff shall be agreed upon
before commencement of the trip
Children, In
The Care Of An Adult:

Eight years
of age and under - Free
-
Over eight
years and under twelve years of age - Half fare
-
Over twelve
years of age - Full fare
