application will calculate the total cost including shipping and taxes for

to provide any credit card payment information at this time. Do not submit

representative will call you to confirm the shipping information and to
obtain payment information from you.

Printing off the form and mailing a copy to us with your payment
information. Include with the form, Credit Card type, Credit Card
Number, Expiry date and the exact name on the card.
We also will accept payment in cash at our administration office, should
you decide not to wait until it is mailed to you, you may come down to our
administration office and pick up and pay for you order.
